    Alma Faber Anybody has the right to post their own videos on youtube. You cannot take another person's personal video that does not belong to you and post it however. This means that Johnathon did not violate any copy right laws. However, if he posts something you don't like you have the right to comment and ask him to take it down. Not take him to court.

    Tessa Cousins No I said on a cd is fine I never said a thing about youtube! Read first his question before commenting he said CD and mail , nothing about youtube posting.     Tessa Cousins Alma shut up!!!!!! Its not his kid so yea that means he don't have any right exposing him on the web. All I know is nicole fairbairn's parents are getting the cops involved they seen them be warned cops have already stated he can be charged due to the fact its not his kid and he needs parental permission of the child to post those vids due to the fact that the child is under the age of 5
